Another consideration is the different species of hedge and bushes you’ll be cutting and when you should carry out the work, consequences of poor trimming could be lack of flowers, poor stunted growth or potentially killing the hedge, not to mention nesting season and the difficulties you will be faced with then in terms of the Wildlife and Countryside Act.
