Half day integrated training and assessment
Training fee £100 +VAT = £120 per person
Assessment plus City and Guilds registration fee £55 no VAT per person
Total £175 per person
Leaf blowers are used by many professionals within the land-based sector. For the reason that debris, dead leaves, wood chip etc need to be removed from areas cleanly and quickly.
For those of you who work in:

Furthermore handheld or back pack versions are available and this qualification covers them both, ensuring your keeping in line with health and safety legislation, in particular PUWER regulations to above stay safe whilst at work.

As a professional user of a leaf blower this course will help you to appreciate the difference between a domestic and a professional model, the importance of having the right machine for the right job and what safety features are more prevalent for those using a leaf blower for 8 hours a day compared to 30 minutes edging your own lawn.

- pre-use checks and maintenance
- correct PPE equipment (personal protective equipment)
- risk assessment and safety of others around you
- identification of controls and instruments
- carry out clearance of an area safely
- cleaning and storage of a leafblower
