Like many businesses all over the world, we continue to put the health and safety of our candidates as our top priority. As a result, we have adapted our operations to incorporate COVID-19 government guidelines.
Online Learning
As an essential business managing our local landscape, we continue to welcome candidates old and new to our courses. The candidate journey has therefore been reviewed, to lessen contact and maintain social distancing. As a result, many courses are now available online. To assist with this, an award-winning CRM portal is now also in use. This helps our candidates work at their own pace (often fitting with a busy schedule). Alongside this, candidates can upload/download documents and watch course-specific videos. En-keeping with our award-winning service, we host regular group Zoom calls. This, therefore, allows us to check on progress and answer any questions. Almost all our courses now take place outdoors. By doing this, we have adapted traditional methods of teaching to prioritize the safety of candidates.
COVID-19 Safety Equipment
For face-to-face learning, we go above and beyond to protect our team and trainees. We, therefore, welcome everyone to the course with one of our popular biodegradable goody-bags. Along with a stylish branded pen and spork, everyone receives hand-sanitiser, disposable gloves and (for courses that cannot adhere to social distancing), a face covering.

Similarly, we are also on-hand with enhanced safety bags for trainers. We offer everyone the appropriate equipment required for face-to-face training, thus preventing any cross-contamination vs. shared equipment.

Prepared Partners
We are proud to work with City & Guilds / NPTC and are completely up-to-date on all the latest safety precautions. We use the enforcement of masks use of dummies in rescue training scenarios – often overlooked in favour of outdated approaches involving person-to-person rescue contact, no longer advised.
Alongside industry specialists, we are working with Visit Britain and have been given the official We’re Good to Go verification, symbolising our commitment to providing an up-to-date and safe environment for all.
